THE OBJECT & MANUFACTURING
  • Where are the lamps made?
    Every piece is designed and manufactured by our designer in our studio located in the South of France. We take pride in our local, conscious digital craftsmanship.

  • The texture has small lines, is this normal?
    Yes, absolutely! These fine horizontal lines are the signature of 3D printing. Far from being defects, they form the weave of our "fabric of light." Each lamp is therefore unique, with its own variations in the drape.
USE & MAINTENANCE
  • What bulb should I use for my Volute?
    To preserve the material and ensure your safety, exclusively use LED bulbs. Halogen or incandescent bulbs generate too much heat and could damage the organic structure of the lamp.

  • How do I clean my lamp?
    It couldn't be simpler: a soft cloth, a clean brush, or a can of compressed air is all you need to dust the curves of the drape. Avoid chemicals or excessive water.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
  • What are the delivery times?
    We produce to order to avoid waste. It generally takes 1 business day to manufacture your lamp, plus shipping time (2 to 8 days within the EU).

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, the poetry of Mouchoir is exported throughout the EU, Switzerland, and the UK.

  • Can I change my mind?
    Of course. You have 14 days after receipt to return your light fixture in its original packaging if it does not suit you (see our return policy).
PROJECTS & CUSTOMIZATION
  • Do you offer colors other than the 7 available?
    Our palette of 7 colors has been carefully selected for its mineral and pastel harmony. However, for interior design projects or special orders, please feel free to reach out via our Contact Page.

  • Is the lamp fragile?
    Despite its airy and light appearance, the material is robust. However, like any design object, it should be handled with care, particularly around the edges of the drape.
