At Mouchoir, each light fixture is the result of a conscious manufacturing process within our French studio. We take special care in preparing your orders to ensure the art of the drape travels safely to your home.

1. Shipping & Lead Times

Made-to-order: Because we prioritize quality and avoid overstocking, our lamps (including the iconic Volute) are often manufactured to order.

  • Production Time: Please allow approximately 1 business day for your piece to be sculpted by our digital artisans.

  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, your order typically arrives within 2 to 5 business days for France, and 5 to 10 business days for the EU and international destinations.

  • Rates: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping is offered on orders over €80.

2. Return Policy

We hope your new "luminous caress" brings you complete satisfaction. However, if you change your mind:

  • Withdrawal Period: You have 14 days after receiving your package to request a return.

  • Conditions: To be eligible, the light fixture must be intact, unused, and imperatively returned in its original packaging. As these are delicate design objects, careful packaging is essential for the return transit.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.

3. Breakage & Damages

Despite the great care taken with our packages, transport incidents can occur.

  • Upon Receipt: If the box appears damaged, we advise you to refuse it or to state clear reservations on the carrier's delivery note.

  • Damaged Product: If you discover your lamp is broken upon opening, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the object and the packaging. We will proceed with an immediate replacement at our expense.

4. Tips & Maintenance

To preserve the textile illusion of your Volute lamp:

  • Use LED bulbs exclusively (low temperature).

  • Simple dusting with a soft cloth or compressed air is sufficient to maintain its organic texture.

  • Read the user manual before use.
